On the finca there are 2 independent houses, each with its own pool and gardens with beautiful mediterranean vegetation, tall palm trees and various fruit trees. The plot has approx. 3.800.-m². The houses are accessed via a comfortable driveway.  

The first and largest house offers a living area of approx. 200 m², which is distributed in a living-dining room of 50 m² with its fireplace and direct access to the porch and pool area, a cosy kitchen with dining area, four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The second house offers about 150 m², is distributed in a living room, a spacious kitchen-dining room, three bedrooms, one of which has independent access from the outside and two bathrooms. The house has its own terraces. 

Other: Both houses have air conditioning, electric underfloor heating in the bathrooms. The smaller house is heated with a pellet cooker. Furthermore, wooden beamed ceilings, tiled and wood floors , 2 outdoor barbecue areas, children's playground with various sports equipment, several parking spaces are located on the property. 

The holiday rental licence is in force and allows the separate rental of both houses.

There is the possibility to extend the living space by an additional floor with kitchen, living room and bedroom and access to a large terrace.
