Region: This exceptionally elegant and tastefully decorated Mediterranean style restaurant is located in the centre of village next to the church in the small village Algaida, about 20 minutes from Palma.  

Interior: The restaurant impresses with its special inviting atmosphere. The ground floor with the garden of a typical Majorcan town house was converted into a restaurant. The commercial licence is issued for 75 seats. There are various indoor dining rooms, a covered terrace and a beautiful garden. The heart of the whole ensemble is a professionally equipped kitchen. A bar and a wine cellar complete this gastronomic place.     

Exterior: The illuminated facade of the church and the ringing bells at every full hour gives a special and romantic aura to the restaurant in the late afternoon hours.

Other: The renovation of the town house has been carried out with respect of the typical Mallorcan character. Historical elements have been kept. High beamed ceiling, hydraulic tiled floors, natural stone walls  have been restored. 

The complete property is offered for rent in combination with a transfer fee of 280.000€. The current monthly rent is 1.500€, plus additional costs for the consumption of electricity, water, gas and waste disposal. Deposit  3 monthly rents. The commission is 1,5 monthly rent and is paid by the tenant.
